Still driven by strong momentum, ARGAN recorded a robust +8% year-on-year increase in rental income, reaching €198 million at the end of December. The property company thus fully met the annual target, which had been raised following the publication of rental income for the first nine months. A maximum occupancy rate of 100% was maintained for the second consecutive year.
