We work daily toward the energy transition
- We have developed an in-use carbon-neutral logistics warehouse model, equipped with photovoltaic panels, storage batteries, and electric heat pumps to enable tenants’ self-consumption. The residual emissions are offset through a reforestation project in Cestas, near Bordeaux
- As part of our 2025–2030 ESG roadmap, we are committed to reducing our CO₂ emissions in line with a 1.5°C global warming scenario consistent with the Paris Agreement
- We are implementing a biodiversity strategy across all our sites, aimed at enhancing their positive externalities and turning them into genuine habitats for wildlife and plant life within their surroundings
We contribute to regional development
- We drive local employment through our clients, who collectively employ several tens of thousands of people across our sites, as well as through our suppliers
- We are building a local economic network through the upstream and downstream supply chains of both our own activities and those of our clients
- We systematically engage in dialogue with the local communities where we establish our sites, in order to adapt our projects as closely as possible to local expectations and constraints
We act with integrity and to set a positive example
- We are committed to complying with all regulations in force in France as part of our activities, particularly those related to environmental standards
- We contribute to fair economic development through our commitments to the fundamental conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
- We have established and implemented a set of charters applicable to both our company and our stakeholders, aimed at combating corruption and promoting ethical and responsible practices across all our activities
