Since the beginning of 2025, ARGAN’s share has traded between €60.5 and €69.2 (from January 1 to October 22, 2025). The company is the only one specialized in logistics real estate listed on Euronext Paris.

Its market capitalization stood at nearly €1.8 billion as of October 23, 2025. Along with strong liquidity of its free float (over 48% of capital as of October 22, 2025), this makes ARGAN eligible for inclusion in key indices such as the SBF 120 and the FTSE EPRA Europe.
