ARGAN is a company whose DNA is to grow its logistics real estate portfolio in France, either through self-development or acquisitions depending on opportunities. ARGAN intends to remain a pure-player in logistics real estate and to maintain its strategy of developing PREMIUM platforms.

Investments of €215 million are already secured for 2025 and 2026, split equally between in-house developments and acquisitions. The expected average yield is around 6%, with at least 7% for the portion related to in-house, pre-let developments.

Starting in 2027, the Group aims to continue investing around €100 million per year through 2030, mainly in self-developed projects, with the remainder allocated to acquisitions of new assets at market price with high environmental standards. The combined yield of these investments is expected to be around 6%.
